Terms of Service
These Terms of Service (hereinafter "Terms") set forth the conditions of use for "Guitar Scale Master" (hereinafter "Service") provided by Motekoro Inc. (hereinafter "Company"). Please read these Terms carefully before using the Service.
Article 1 (Scope of Application)
These Terms are intended to define the rights and obligations between the Company and users regarding the use of the Service, and apply to all relationships between users and the Company in connection with the use of the Service.

- Guitar scale visualization feature
- Automatic scale analysis from audio files
- Scale playback feature
- Educational content about scales
- Other related services provided by the Company
Article 3 (Prohibited Activities)
- Actions that violate laws or public order and morals
- Actions that infringe on the intellectual property rights, privacy, reputation, or other rights of the Company or third parties
- Actions that interfere with the operation of the Service
- Actions that cause inconvenience to other users
- Commercial use of the Service without prior permission from the Company
- Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling of the Service
- Access using automated tools
- Other actions deemed inappropriate by the Company
Article 4 (Intellectual Property Rights)
All intellectual property rights related to the Service belong to the Company or legitimate rights holders. The license to use the Service under these Terms does not imply permission to use the intellectual property of the Company or legitimate rights holders.
Article 5 (Disclaimer)
The Company makes no warranties, express or implied, that the Service will meet users' specific purposes, have the expected functionality, accuracy, or usefulness, comply with applicable laws, be continuously available, or be free from defects. The Company shall not be liable for any damages arising from the Service.
Article 6 (Service Changes and Suspension)
The Company may change, suspend, or discontinue the Service without prior notice to users.
Article 7 (Changes to Terms of Service)
The Company may change these Terms at any time without prior notice when deemed necessary. The revised Terms shall take effect upon posting on the Service.
Article 8 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan. Any disputes arising in connection with the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court as the court of first instance.
